Shiny Shears

Wall mural at Angels Gate Cultural Center, San Pedro, Ca., 2005.

This was a large wall drawing where I used giant oil pastels on 25 feet space in the upstairs gallery at Angels Gate Cultural Center in San Pedro, California. The images were free-handed from a singled out piece of the Journal Project (a partial waistband pattern) that I called "Shiny Shears" about working with my father at the cutting tables. It's a funny take about him chasing me with a scissors and yelling at me to get back to work.
