About This Artwork: Small garment pattern shapes are made to look like Hebrew letters to spell out decree, not exactly a Hebrew word, but when it is arranged this way it means, "to command or ordain" and I wanted a words or symbol that translated into a strong sense of power, but wasn't a weapon.
