About This Artwork: This is a play on a previous painting of mine, "Two Girls." They still have their own separate issues. Friends, but know nothing real about the other. They are jealous of each other for reasons on the surface, yet if their true secrets were revealed, they would see that there isn't any good reason for envy. They would turn their selfishness into empathy and understand the real beauty in the other, but that still has not happened here. Instead, it's kinda like they are both on LSD.
