About This Artwork: This is a collar shape I have often used in my pattern painting series of work. The inside of this, which is stained with oil color over acrylic paint has drawings inside that were influenced by Stats Orlovski, an artist who I was introduced to at that time and whose work I loved, thus the title Ode to Stas.
