About This Artwork: This small, little girls dress pattern is a collar. Patterns are most often stapled together to make two at a time when cutting them. I made my own staples at the holes where the staples were removed. They represent more than patternmaking staples; staples are often used instead of stitches after surgeries. I couldn't help but think about that.
