About This Artwork: In Hebrew, these letters spell slch, which means to forgive. I love the shapes of Hebrew letters and often use them in my work. They also connect me to my Jewish heritage and traditions, which help me to identify as a Jew. This is, in part, how I incorporate Jewish living into my life. I had my family in mind when I made this piece on a long sleeve garment pattern.
