About This Artwork: Not only can Dan sometimes grow an invisible mustache, but he can make himself any color he wants. When he turns himself black and there are no stars out at night, he is virtually invisible. He once did this on his travels to Madrid.

Traveling with his friend Graffie, both were sleeping in the park, down on their luck, with little to no money. They were often begging for silver coins and stale bread. Dan finally got an idea to turn himself black one dark evening and followed a pub owner into his bar after closing. Dan let Graffie in through the back door and they got drunk all night long. In the morning, of course, Dan was seen, but the pub owner thought Dan was a black panther and ran for his life. This is the story of how Dan and Graffie's got started. That bar in Spain ran for nearly five years. Good times.
