About This Artwork: Here's an interesting story.

There was a triptych I created in 2003 entitled, Full Person, made of three paintings and I decided to break it up in 2014 - essentially destroying it (as a triptych anyway). It just wasn't something I wanted to exist anymore for therapeutic reasons.

So I took the middle piece, Not a Bulletproof Vest, turned it upside down and painted what you see here.

I like it much better now.
