About This Artwork: I thought long and hard about this one because it is a very different medium for me, and I loved it! I am going to do more of these.

I had to start with acrylic because I was painting on unprimered, raw canvas. Oil will not only not stick to that, it would make big, ugly oil stains around the paint. So I covered up most of the acrylic with oil, but I was afraid to take the paint all the way to the edge, so I didn't.

I also used colored pencil, and regular pencil.

I took a lot of breaks between little parts of this, thinking and thinking. I am really happy with this one. Don't buy it.
