Summer/Fall 2018

• Monsters on Jasmine St. was acquired by Beineche Library at Yale as part of Bottle of Smoke Press.
• Decided. Shrapnel in the San Fernando Valley will launch April 6, 2019. (Finally!)
• Mjp and I started our own independent publishing company.
• Five paintings were purchased for the new UCSF Precision Cancer Center in San Francisco.
• Added 120 illustrations to my book and found the perfect editor.
• The Spark was placed at the University of Washington Library, Special Collections.

Winter/Spring 2018

• Completely re-wrote and finished my book, Shrapnel in the San Fernando Valley. Really.
• Moved after living in the same place for 10 years. It was awful, took months, and probably years off my life.
• That editor didn't work out. I wound up in a depression and quit writing for four months.
• The National Arts & Disability Center/California Art Council awarded me a grant to get my book edited.

Summer/Fall 2017

• Devoted all of my waking hours to writing my memoir, Shrapnel in the San Fernando Valley.
• Created a new Artist's book: the Spark. It includes Up to Now in a limited edition on a flash drive.
• My solo show THE EXODUS PROJECT at the Lancaster Museum of Art & History received reviews: Art & Cake, Spectrum News and Diversions LA.
• Exhibited in Chapters at CAFAM and it received press: LA Times, BLOUIN ArtInfo, Hyperallergic, Art & Cake, as well as LA WEEKLY and ARTFORUM.

Winter/Spring 2017

• Featured in the group show: Personal Matters at El Camino College Art Gallery.
• Contributed a watercolor to Women Who Draw, and I'm honored. Please consider donating.
• Released an HD version of Up To Now on Vimeo and YouTube.
• I rebuilt The Exodus Project site, and created a blog for Shrapnel in the San Fernando Valley.
• I was awarded a grant by Asylum-Arts to help finish my memoir.

• Exhibited in Jewish Rituals: Rethinking, Renewed at the Lawrence Family JCC in La Jolla, CA.
• Began working on a new series - of paintings - of a whole new direction - that I later titled, This.
• Showed in Intersecting Paths: Art and Healing. It got the critic's PICK in LA's Jewish Journal.
• After nearly nine years with George Billis Gallery Los Angeles, I decided to move on to different pastures.
• Exhibited in Colorful Antics, a group show at George Billis Gallery.
• Launched the new esart.com website: January 12th, 2013. It was about two years in the making.
• Created 19 watercolor and gouache drawings for a new, collaborative Chance Press book with Neil Farber.

• I began mentoring a 10-year old foster child through Catholic Big Brothers Big Sisters. Her name is Alicia.
